For Peri.

~*~*~**~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
I can't stop eating.

I don't want to talk about it.

I'm going to go to the gym now. And then most likely go and get sh*tfaced.

TSIF!

  1. I know that ravenous, bottomless feeling. How do you feel about appetite suppressants? Legit ones, like getting prescription adderall or yerba mate tea or something like that. It might help. /end unwanted advice.

    Have fun getting shitfaced! :)

I've literally eaten some of everything in my kitchen today.
Don't feel bad, you're not alone in this boat.
Hey, neverfit, What's yerba mate tea? Does it really work?

  6. I hate that feeling. At least you're still making it to the gym though.

  16. Why is that your collage-things always manage to make me cackle? Like, out loud, like an old lady.
    It's just...it's brilliant.

Feel free to discard this question/comment, but do you eat enough at meals?
I am/was a bit of a grazer, especially when I was more restrictive, because I felt like I couldn't have more than said amount at a meal time. I spent a LONG time constantly on edge about constantly eating, because everytime I went into the kitchen I'd eat something, and I was paranoid that every time I ate something I would never stop. I just felt so bingey all the damn time, and if I wasn't then I was paranoid that I WOULD feel so damn bingey.

And I always believed that if I allowed myself to eat more for a meal, then I'd still be bingey and just end up eating even more, and thought the whole "eat a bigger meal" thing wouldn't help.

But it really did. It's hard at first, I won't lie, but soon your mind and body adapt and the cereal boxes stop freaking you out. Or thats how it worked for me, anyway. I think you know I don't support restriction, (and dude, you are tiny), but I do understand (and am probably still there 50% of the time - the other 50% balances it out though- thus why I have no right whatsoever to say "don't restrict blahblah blah"), and I wish food didn't cause you all this anxiety, cos it's rubbish and awful.
    Phhft.
Just....be kind to your Self, mm'k?

ps. If, as I suspect is highly likely, what with this being Britain and my second hand bookshop fetish (and I know there's like a whole shelf of Enid Blyton hardback books in this shop where my sister lives...), I come across an old copy of The Faraway Tree, I shall send one with them Tarots :D

  19. I know my comments a little late, likely you've gone to the gym and already gotten sh*t-faced and I hope you had fun doing so.

about the eating, should be ok especially with the gym changing things up keeps the metabolism going.
